Nobody likes first dates, the first encounter with a potential partner is a scary prospect. But with these tips we hope we make that date a little bit easier:
Location is Key: Pick a date location that is going to put you both at ease. Choose a nice relaxed restaurant where you can chat and get to know each other, or alternatively sporting events such as mini golf or go-karting are good ice breakers.
Dress to Impress: First impressions are so important when dating, so make the effort to look your best. Wear something you know suits you and that you feel comfortable in.
Be Positive: Conversation is very important when it comes to a first date. Try and steer clear of talking about previous relationships or politics which could start you off on the wrong foot. Instead try and find a common interest and be positive it’s a far more attractive quality than negativity.
Last of all enjoy yourself, not every date is going to end with you falling madly in love and getting married, so relax and enjoy each others company, you might even make a new friend.
