"Thank you so much for choosing to nominate Sebastian's Action Trust to receive contributions from your Royal Ascot Races Party recently held at The Hilton Bracknell. The total collected was £113.03. We are really grateful to you for generating this donation and for promoting the work of the charity. 2011 is going to be a milestone year for Sebastian's Action Trust. After 7 years of fundraising, battling planning permission and a year of construction, our holiday house, The Bluebells, will be opening its doors in July and welcoming seriously ill children and their families in need of a respite break. The facility is already booked until the end of October. Each year, we will be able to give 100 children and their families a crisis break in the tranquil Hampshire village of North Waltham, with a further 500 children being able to use its extensive leisure facilities for single day visits. We are also committed to providing a range of practical support measures that help children and families during critical times - this is an ever expanding programme which we expect will grow as more families become aware of our work and benefit from the use of The Bluebells. We appreciate and value your support, although we are a relatively small charity, our work does make a significant difference to those who face an uncertain future. We hope you will continue to monitor our progress in the future. Thank you once again for your help and support."
